custom metal medals the material is zinc alloy and die casting processing, the design is from customer and then we do manufacture artwork for him approval. The size of medal is 50mm and 4mm for thickness, it is 2D model,there are many soft enamels on medals, for the soft enamel there is a PMS Number for each colors. The plating is Spray black, but our factory can make many plating type such as shiny gold/silver/copper,antique gold/silver/copper, matt gold/silver/copper, black nickel and spray black, spray blue etc. the back of medal can be sandblasted, blank and with LOGO also. The ribbon is 850*25mm light blue plain ribbon. Our factory do not have a MIN order so any quantity is fine.
