Technological process:

Printing. There are many kinds of printing materials used for silk-screen labels, but only anti-corrosive materials are usually used for etching the silk-screen texts of silk-screen labels. It should have good film forming, easy drying, good meshing, good corrosion resistance, easy removal and other properties. The commonly used anti-corrosion printing materials are as follows: thick paint printing materials. Thick lacquer printing material is a kind of traditional printing material. Thick paint is usually made of dry thick paint, phenolic varnish, alkyd varnish and asphalt acid-resistant paint.
Printing Material Removal: Copper and iron based labels can be printed with alkali solution, while aluminum based labels can be removed with organic solvents (such as banana water, xylene, etc.). B. Alkali-soluble and corrosion-resistant printing materials. Alkali-soluble anti-corrosion printing material is a new type of printing material developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of fast drying, easy film removal and so on. It is especially suitable for mechanized production line.

Material: Polyurethane rubber, thickness 8? 12 mm, hardness Shaw A50? 60 degrees. + b) Size: Length should be 20? 30mm longer than screen print width, and height of sticker exposed handle should be 20? 30mm. C) Scraping angle: 60-70 degrees, 45 degrees is the best. Corrosion. After inspecting, repairing and drying, the printed semi-finished label products can be delivered to the next process for corrosion operation.
